‘Centre investing a lot in sports, players making India proud’: Sports Min Anurag Thakur
Union Minister of Info & Broadcasting and Youth Affairs & Sports activities, Anurag Thakur, stated that the Authorities of India is investing a lot in the athletics sector for the welfare of the players. Praising the athletes, he added that whatever the federal government is doing is its responsibility but the way players have been performing and profitable again to back again medals is making India proud.

Anurag Thakur made this remark throughout the felicitation system that was organised for Planet Winner Boxer Nikhat Zareen and Bronze medalists Manisha Moun & Parveen alongside with the whole Indian contingent.
